White Video Counter helps you track watching and editing sessions without requiring an account. The Service Provider does not collect, upload, sell, or retain personal data through normal app use.
This Privacy Policy applies to the White Video Counter mobile application and any related services operated by Tomasz Stankiewicz (the “Service Provider”). It covers the app’s timers, session history, statistics, favorites, tags, reminders, appearance settings, and local export summary.
White Video Counter does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use. Registration is not required, and the Service Provider does not create user accounts or personal profiles.
Session titles, tags, watch/editing durations, favorites, statistics, reminder preferences, theme choices, and similar app data may be stored locally on your device so the app can function. This local data is not collected by the Service Provider.
If the app is used while your device is online, ordinary technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may pass through network infrastructure to enable connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain it for tracking, profiling, or advertising.
Because White Video Counter does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share app-user personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics networks.
White Video Counter does not collect precise real-time location information from your device for tracking, personalization, or advertising.
If you enable reminder notifications, the app may request notification permission so your device can display reminders locally. Haptic feedback may also be used locally when you interact with controls. These functions are not used to build advertising profiles.
The Service Provider does not retain personal data from White Video Counter on external servers because the app does not collect or upload that personal data through normal use. There is therefore no server-side retention period for your session history, watch/editing statistics, titles, tags, favorites, or preferences. Information stored locally on your device remains there only for as long as you choose to keep it.
No server-side retention of app activitySince the Service Provider does not keep your White Video Counter personal data on external servers, there is normally no remote user profile to delete. You can remove local session history and related information using the app’s delete controls, by clearing the app’s storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the app. If you separately contact the Service Provider and voluntarily provide personal information, you may request deletion of that correspondence.
You control deletion of local dataKeeping normal app activity local and not collecting personal data on external servers substantially reduces privacy exposure. No software environment is completely risk-free. If a security incident ever affects personal information you voluntarily provided outside normal app use, the Service Provider will respond as required by applicable law.
White Video Counter is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children through normal app use.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider outside normal app use and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
